Customer Support and Alarm Service

Need service for a door, reader, camera, or alarm? Describe the site, affected equipment, symptoms, and whether access or monitoring is currently impaired. We’ll use that information to plan the next step.

Request service

Use our contact form for routine requests. For an active emergency, follow your monitoring center’s instructions and use the emergency contact number on your account documents. Do not rely on a web form for urgent dispatch.

Testing an intrusion alarm

  1. Contact your monitoring center and verify your identity using the account’s required procedure.
  2. Ask the operator to place the account on test and confirm the test period.
  3. Follow the manufacturer and monitoring center’s instructions to activate and restore the appropriate devices.
  4. Call back to verify which signals were received and have the account taken off test.

If a signal is missing or a device does not restore, arrange service. Tell occupants before sounding an alarm, and avoid testing life safety equipment without the correct procedure.

Prevent avoidable alarms

Keep protected doors and windows secured, train authorized users, update emergency contacts, and report changes to doors, phone service, or building work that may affect the system.

Documentation

If your insurer asks for a monitoring certificate, send the request through the contact form with your account and property details. Any discount or certificate requirement is determined by your insurer and the active service.
